Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full priced items, within 7 days from the delivery date. Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for a refund:

  • The request for return bus the made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened, be in new and unused condition and all tags and labels must be attached to the time.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied. If you’re unsure of sizing, please see our Size Chart on each respective Product Page or email gear@footyboys.com for assistance.

EXCHANGES

We’re unable to offer exchanges. Instead all returns are refunded. You can then go and repurchase the correct size/items. This will be a lot quicker as you can order again right now and get your items ASAP instead of waiting for your return to arrive back and then the exchange sent out.

REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank and credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

RETURNING AN ITEM

To return an item, please email gear@footyboys.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we’re not liable for returns lost in transit.

We do not offer free returns. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

FAULTY ITEM

We’re very proud of the fabric, quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each FootyBoys product. However, if there is a manufacturing fault with a garment you have received, please email gear@footyboys.com with your order number and a photo of your order within 7 days of receiving your item. If your item is indeed faulty, we’ll send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issues if the item is unable to be replaced.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email gear@footyboys.com immediately if your order is incorrect or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate and correct the issue.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount Codes must be used at the time of checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been processed.
